Within the framework of the XVI Film and Human Rights Festival in Barcelona, Sol (d) Out, will be played, a documentary feature film about how different regulatory changes, related to the system of promotion of renewable energies, went from fostering a notable investment by the citizens, to leaving them totally helpless and unable to recover the investment made.
The documentary narrates the situation from the perspective of César Vea, a Spanish actor who invested all his savings, legitimately relying on state regulation, and who now feels cheated.
