“Unpredicted”, opinion article at Lainformacion.com

My opinion article, "Unpredicted", published in the blog of LaInformacion.com explains that the state’s regulatory changes, in terms of self-consumption, are defined by the European renewable energy directives.

Therefore we should add a (spoiler alert) warning both to my article and to the directive itself, since the entire script of the Spanish legislation for self-consumption is contained in Article 21 of the European directive. There shouldn't be, therefore, any unpredicted event for anyone in this regard.
