Royal Decree 413/2014, of 6th June, regulating the electricity production activity using renewable energies, cogeneration and waste

Today 10th June 2014, the Royal Decree 413/2014, of 6th June, regulating the electricity production activity using renewable energies, cogeneration and waste, has been published on the Official Gazette of the Spanish Kingdom (Boletín Oficial del Estado - BOE).

The deadline for contesting this Royal Decree is two working months, and taking into account that August is not a working month, it will end up the 11^th September 2014. We are examining the draft which, according to the State Secretary for Energy, it has the same contents as the draft that was put into circulation two weeks ago. We will keep on checking its contents today, and we will complete this post if we find some important divergences.
