Legal Fridays live: 664.2 charge EV, good news or new barrier?

This week we had a guest at Legal Fridays: Arturo Pérez de Lucía, General Director of AEDIVE. The previous weeks there was some excitement about the IAE, now that the issue had been solved for suppliers, recent changes require our action to avoid the creation of administrative barriers, or indeed the decarbonisation of mobility. On the 12th of February at 12:00 we reviewed the evolution of the electricity charging regulations, and we proposed what we believe would be a coherent regulation of the Tax on Economic Activities in this context.
