Intervention in the Committee on Petitions of the European Parliament

Last January 27th, Piet Holtrop spoke in the Committee on Petitions of the European Parliament (PETI) in order to defend a petition against the hindrances of the electrical Selfconsumption in Spain, which had been supported by 45.000 people in Change.org.
