April 13th, FIDE session “State aid in the energy sector”

Next April 13 a session entitled "State aid in the energy sector" (Ayudas de Estado en el sector energético) within the framework of the Forum on Energy and Regulation  will take place in Madrid at the headquarters of FIDE (the Foundation for Research on Law and Business)". The session lasts from 14:00 to 16:30.

As speakers of the session Anton Garcia, Vice President of Compass Lexecon Madrid, and Antonio Guerra, lawyer of Uría Menéndez and  Member of the Academic Council of Fide will act.

The session will be moderated by Juan Manuel Contreras Delgado de Cos, Deputy Director of Public Aid and Legal Reports Projects of the National Commission Markets and Competition (CNMC).
