Andrea Sancho Ferré
Andrea received her law degree from the Univeraidad de Barcelona in 2011, and later undertook a Masters in International Business Law in the ESADA Law School. She started her career at the firm Osborne Clarke and subsequently spent time in various other firms, along with a period working as in-house lawyer in a regulated company, before arriving at our firm to form part of the regulatory and corporate team.
She has participated in numerous Due Diligence exercises and works predominantly in the development of transactions that involve the transfer of renewable assets. She is involved in the preparation of sale-purchase contracts for assets and shares and has a profound knowledge of the permitting process for unsubsidized renewable energy projects. She has also advised on transactions involving the 2017 renewables auctions. She frequently advises on transactions financed through crowdfunding.
Andrea forms part of the firm’s team that contributes to the UNEF Self-Consumption and PPA working groups.
Andrea works primarily on providing regulatory advice and participating in M&A transactions.
