On Friday, 18 June, we are doing the last Legal Fridays of this season, with reflections on the energy transition, contextualized in the sustainable development goals, and the different judgments that have been handed down in the Netherlands and Germany, among others. I will take the opportunity to distil some tips from it for the business world. We will start a new season after the summer, with a different format.

On Friday, May 21st we have continued with the new regulations of charges and tolls of the electrical system. Specifically Royal Decree 148/2021, and Circular 3/2021 of the CNMC. In this Legal Fridays we have tried to contextualize this regulation with electric mobility, and MOVES III.

Last Friday, May 7th, we discussed the new regulation of charges and tolls of the electrical system. Specifically Royal Decree 148/2021, and Circular 3/2021 of the CNMC. We wanted to contextualize this regulation with self-consumption, electric mobility, and MOVES III, but we have not been able to address all this issue. Electric mobility and MOVES III we have left it for the next Legal Fridays, which is scheduled for May 21st, 2021.

On Friday 26th we discussed the draft order amending Annex I of Royal Decree 244/2019, for the implementation of dynamic distribution coefficient in collective self-consumption. We conclude that what this project does is not dynamic distribution, but variable, which is something else, and the dynamic remains pending!

The first Legal Fridays of March was not on a Friday, but on a Wednesday, because of the topicality of the issue we have addressed: The IVPEE judgment published on the 3rd of March by the CJEU. Unfortunately the verdict was unfavourable, and we will discuss it further next Friday, March 5th, at the next Legal Fridays.

This week we had a guest at Legal Fridays: Arturo Pérez de Lucía, General Director of AEDIVE. The previous weeks there was some excitement about the IAE, now that the issue had been solved for suppliers, recent changes require our action to avoid the creation of administrative barriers, or indeed the decarbonisation of mobility. On the 12th of February at 12:00 we reviewed the evolution of the electricity charging regulations, and we proposed what we believe would be a coherent regulation of the Tax on Economic Activities in this context.
